Ethics & Transparency
TRANSPARENCY
We comply with all federal and state laws concerning bookkeeping and recording of all donations received and spent. We will provide Journey's financial budget and expenses for all luminary level members to view at the annual business meeting.
SUPPORT AND SERVICE
We make a commitment to serve and support you in as many ways we can find. We will reciprocate your commitment and support you dedicate to Journey.
DIRECTOR AND STAFF
The spiritual director (SD) is paid a stipend, the amount TBD by the board of directors of JWW. Any change to this arrangement must be approved by a majority of the board of directors. All staff and contractors will be paid for services rendered and issued the proper reporting paperwork.
REPORTING AND DONATION TRACKING
Each member of the church will receive an annual charitable donations receipt for the donations from the previous fiscal year. All loans sought in the organizations name that exceed $500,000. will be brought before the main body of members for a vote and review.
